There’s an entire set of this one hamming it up for the camera and a few of him being utterly divine for me that I will come back to later, but just wanted to share this one for my family that misses my personal blog and all the daily (or at least weekly) posts about the kids.

Life and work have been off the hook nuts-o for us (me especially) and time is just speeding past, taking our simple daily moments with it. The camera is not out nearly enough to capture the little moments like this with the kids and it breaks my heart more each day that I see the time slipping past, the kids growing up and changing and no one is there to memorialize it all in photos. Somehow, I must devise a workable plan to capture the “everyday” here again. School will be starting in 6 short weeks, summer will be over and our opportunities for just being together in the simplest of ways will become fewer and fewer. I’ve never experienced this feeling of such a time crunch to fit it all in, do more, experience more. Somehow, someway, I must be more present. How about  a photo a day of our lives…. the kids, our breakfast, what we wear, where we go… our day-to-day. Just one. Can I handle even that? We shall see.
