Meet Devan. He’s the epitome of the all American guy. Loves hunting, fishing, camping, plays football, wrestles. He can go from Abercrombie & Fitch to Wranglers and cowboy hat seamlessly. He’s witty and goofy, cracking jokes and making silly faces, and he definitely doesn’t take himself too seriously. Perhaps what strikes me most about him is that he’s a 17-year-old gentleman. There aren’t an abundance of those these days. He is all of this and incredibly handsome to boot.

We set out last night for the shoot just as the dark clouds were rolling in. It really didn’t look very promising, but we kept on keeping on. We experienced the whole range of weather conditions; wind, rain, dark clouds, beautiful bright sunshine. All in all, it made for a very eclectic shoot lighting-wise. Aside from the atrocious stickers we had stuck in our clothes and a very minor mosquito issue towards the end, we had a super fun time hanging out, shooting and laughing.
