Here’s where I’ve been this past weekend. Mmmm hmmm! Sonoma County wine country, baby! Coming from a barren and brown early spring in Wyoming, Northern California was a welcome, warm and gorgeous change of scenery. I flew out last week to meet up with Melody White (our local workshop host) and make the final arrangements for the upcoming Wine Country Workshop taking place this June 12th and 13th. We had a very busy couple of days of putting the finishing touches on the two day event and making some necessary changes to the previous plans. We visited all of the locations that we will be meeting and working at and let me just say, it’s going to be pretty amazing. The images here are of White Oak Winery where we will be spending the second part of day one; shooting, portfolio building, wine tasting and dining. Beautiful! I’m not sharing images of our downtown shooting locations, because I cannot spoil all of the surprises! Suffice it to say that this workshop will be much like a vacation in an extraordinary part of the country. We are packing a ton into two full days with lots of incredible food, sites and sponsor giveaways. And FYI, there is still one spot open, due to an unforeseen cancellation. Ladies, we are looking forward to June and having a tremendous time with all of you!
