My little one graduated from pre-school a couple weeks ago. After the ceremony, we ducked into an adjacent alleyway to snap some quick shots. My camera seems to bring out the ornery and non-compliance in my kids, but these few caught my eye.
We just returned from our wonderful family vacation in Kauai today. I apologize if your email was not returned promptly while I was away. I discovered today that my auto responder was not enabled the entire time. We are zapped and still reeling from all the commotion and travel. I have so many fabulous memories and images to share with you in the coming week. I did try to edit and post a few on my personal and business facebook page while we were there.

The hefty discount on the actions that I quietly left running while I was away is only good through this Sunday. I will not be offering that steep of a discount anytime in the near future. So, if you were considering purchasing the HeARTy actions, it would behoove you to do it soon!
Photography
Just to let you all know, I am only booking a limited number of sessions for this summer and fall. I will no longer be photographing families, maternity or newborn portraits. Custom portraiture for children ages 6 months and up, seniors, singles or couples shoots will be what I offer. The good ol’ confining studio print packages are a thing of the past, as I will be offering strictly digital negatives for you to print, share and enjoy fully without the pressure to fill a package requirement. Please search the categories here on the blog for a complete view of my portfolio. The portfolio website is grossly out of date and will soon be going bye-bye. This blog will be an all-inclusive landing for all things Michelle Kane Photography and Actions.
Learning
I will be continuing to put together educational videos for Lightroom and Photoshop. I’ll be offering a trial small group mentoring session this summer. I’ll announce more on that when the details are made available. One-on-one mentoring will open up in late August/early September. I already have a long contact first list. If you are on it, you will be notified early of registration, so as to reserve your spot before it is announced publicly. Those subscribed to the newsletter will also be notified of mentoring openings early.
