This May, I’ll be joining the team of celebrity photographers at Chic Critique Forum to offer photographers honest and helpful critique of their photographs. For four weeks, students will submit a selection of photos for me to review in a private online classroom. In return, I will provide them with recorded critique videos containing my thoughts, suggestions and advice on each of the images. This could be your golden opportunity to find out how a pro views your photos and a chance to gain valuable insight into what you are doing well and more importantly, learn how to implement the suggestions I make for improving your captures and post-processing. There is really no better way to learn and grow as a photographer than to have your work professionally critiqued by someone you trust!
You may remember a few years ago I offered 1:1 online mentoring. Those popular mentoring sessions offered photographers the opportunity to pick my brain and learn my shooting and editing secrets. While I no longer offer this kind of in-depth personal online mentoring, I’m so happy to be able to provide a form of this same mentoring through my 4-week Professional Portfolio Reviews at Chic Critique.
So how do you reserve your spot in my classroom?
To reserve one of the 10 available spots for an Active Student (one-on-one) Photo Critique, head over to my classroom page and sign up! There’s also an option to quietly peer into my critiques by signing up to for a Chic Peek Silent Student spot. You can learn more about these different options at the Chic Critique website.
The 10 active students who participate in my online Chic Critique class, will receive a GIFT CARD for 35% OFF anything in my action store! Woot!
Don’t be shy, we all have to start somewhere!
Just to prove that I’ve been where you may be… at the beginning, here are a few of my first “professional” photos. In getting from where I was then, to where I am now, I’ve gained a lot of valuable knowledge, skills, and tricks that I’d love to share with you to help jumpstart you on your way to creating photos that wow!
Don’t judge… just giggle.
