What I love most of all about Michelle’s actions is that they are all about versatility and encouraging creativity. She is not selling a look. HeART and Soul and Creative HeART don’t paint you in a corner, or pigeonhole you into a look. It’s all in how you combine them. They build upon each other. I love the fact that they don’t require working on a flattened background layer, because sometimes I find myself going back and wanting to add a little extra color on the color jolt layer or wanting to brush in more light or darkness on a previous light and shade layer.

 

If you are the creative photographer who wants to experiment and create looks and a workflow that are unique to yourself these are for you! Tweaking the different layers of the actions will lead to endless creative results. It’s all about expanding possibilities and embracing the creative process. I feel like they make it easy to “find your voice” as an artist, what is that you like, and create a workflow of your own with all these bits and pieces that are already in place.

It’s like you are handed all the tools (along with an explanation about how you could use them) and given the freedom to create your own sculpture, just the way you dream it and envision it….Except it’s even better!
