Wow! these are AMAZING!!!! totally beautiful. what a great thing to photograph! I hear ya about the long, dreary winters. I am in N Idaho and we seriously jump up and down when we see the sun. The sun doesn’t come out for real until July around here…it is crazy, but wouldn’t trade it for nothing – love Coeur d’Alene Hope you hang in there…keep shooting those flowers! They are so beautiful!!!

Happy New Year Michelle! I love winter when I can go skiing and when there is snow on the ground and it hasn’t gotten all muddied up. But when it’s just darn cold and bitter, I’m with ya… i don’t care for it either. These beautiful pics warmed me up!

I’m with you. I miss my summer. I just blogged about that today too (in a way). Beautiful flower pictures and textures and HAVE FUN SKIING! I broke my tailbone on my first ski adventure and haven’t cared for it since.

I am feeling your winter blues…..I’m a total summer girl….feel like a caged animal during the winter (just ask the hubby). Beautiful shots though, makes me excited for some colorful days!!

Beautiful images Michelle. I lived in Monterey CA for 4 years and while I loved looking at the ocean out my living room window I became all too familiar with SAD! Constant fog and no sun started to get to me, my kids too! I feel the same way, winter and I are just never going to be friends. But seriously, those images are just magnificent!!!!!

Aww, Michelle! Well the days are getting longer now, and Spring is coming quickly! With colours, patterns, and textures in images like those it’s not hard to fall in love with Summer all over again. I LOVE this time of year though. Such a Winter boy.
